ARC South, LLC based in Atlanta, Georgia, was established in December
2006 and opened its doors for business the first of the year. As the
newest branch location of the ARC Excess & Surplus organization, the
country's largest independent wholesale insurance brokerage firm
dedicated exclusively to management and professional liability lines of
coverage, ARC South represents a strategic expansion into the southern
United States. In this undertaking, ARC has partnered with Todd
Horwitz, who most recently held the position of Senior Vice President
with Aon's Financial Services Group, to lead the office and its
production efforts.
The professional staff of ARC South have significant business and
financial experience, including over a dozen years' tenure with a
national insurance brokerage house, as well as former positions at a
leading management liability insurance company and several investment
banks. With their background and training, ARC South's professionals
have the acute ability to learn, understand and effectively represent

and financial performance, operations, and overall risk profile.

ARC to host Employment Practices Liability Insurance session
ARC South, in conjunction with Shand Morahan, is hosting an informative Employment Practices Liability Insurance session for 3 CE credits.
The presentation will be held at the Marietta Conference Center in Atlanta, GA on Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM immediately followed by lunch.
In addition to Shand Morhan’s EPLI Product Manager, local ARC South brokers, as well as, Mr. Christopher Cavallaro, President of ARC Excess & Surplus will be on hand to answer your questions.
