Christopher
J. Cavallaro, RPLU
Managing Director of ARC Excess & Surplus,
LLC. He started in the insurance business in 1974 with American International
Group, and worked there until 1986. He left American International Group as
a Senior Vice President of both the Management Liability and Professional Liability
Divisions. He had overall responsibility for all underwriting and claims control
of all Management Liability and Professional Liability products written by National
Union Fire Insurance Company for commercial accounts.
In 1986 Mr. Cavallaro was one of the co-founders of ARC Excess & Surplus,
LLC. ARC has grown to be the largest single independent wholesale broker specializing
in Management Liability and Professional Liability products, placing over $200
million in premiums with over 45 insurance companies. ARC prides itself in its
services and professionalism in the placement of Management Liability and Professional
Liability insurance.
Mr. Cavallaro graduated Cum Laude from Queens College with an Economics and Finance
Degree. He also attended graduate school at CUNY. He received his Registered
Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation in December 1999.
Mr. Cavallaro has given numerous speeches and has written several articles concerning
Management Liability and Professional Liability. He is the past president (1999)
of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society -- an organization with over
3,600 members who specialize in Management Liability and Professional Liability
insurance. He is currently a Trustee of the Professional Liability Foundation.

Mark
Campson
Mark Campson has been with ARC Excess and Surplus, LLC since May 1991, brokering
Lawyers Professional Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Directors
and Officers Liability, Pension Trust Fiduciary Liability, and Employment Practices
Liability. Mr. Campson's specialty and expertise at ARC has been in the Lawyers
and Employed Lawyers arena where he has brokered and underwritten many of the
largest law firms in the country.

Michael
Cavallaro,
RPLU
Michael Cavallaro is a director of ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC where he specializes
in the underwriting and brokering of management and professional liability insurance
products. Prior to joining ARC in May of 1992, his experience in the Directors & Officers
Liability / Professional Liability Insurance field was as an underwriting assistant
with American International Group from 1985 - 1990 and as an underwriter with
Gulf Insurance Company from 1990 - 1992.
Mr. Cavallaro has published articles and has given speeches concerning management
and professional liability and is considered a leader in the industry. He acts
as the co-chair to the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) D&O
Liability and Insurance Issues Symposium. Michael has also received the Registered
Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation granted by the Professional
Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
Michael Cavallaro graduated with magna cum laude honors from City College of
New York (CCNY), where he received a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
and a minor in Mathematics.

Robert
D. Crocitto
Robert D. Crocitto is a "full service" insurance broker at ARC Excess & Surplus,
LLC specializing in the placement of Management and Professional Liability Coverage,
as well as Commercial Crime Coverage and Financial Institution Bonds. Prior
to joining ARC, Mr. Crocitto spent 12 years at Frenkel & Company, Inc. (a
large International Insurance Broker firm headquartered in New York City) as
Vice President of both their Commercial Accounts and Business Development Divisions.
While at Frenkel, Mr. Crocitto placed and managed the D&O and Professional
Liability Coverages for Frenkel's largest accounts both on the East and West
coasts. Prior to working at Frenkel, Robert spent four years with BDS Securities,
Inc. (NY) f/k/a R.D. Smith & Co., Inc., as an Assistant Securities Trader.
Mr. Crocitto received his B.S. from St. John's University, NY in 1990
where he served as both a University Senator and Executive Board President
of the Student Government. Mr. Crocitto is currently pursuing his Charted
Property & Casualty Underwriter
(CPCU) designation from The College of Insurance (NY).

Robert
Drew
Drew started his insurance career in 1970 with AIG where he held various
administrative and underwriting positions with several of the AIG companies
including American Home Insurance Company, National Union Fire Insurance
Company and American International Underwriters. His last position at
AIG was manager of the Pension Trust Fiduciary Liability unit.
Upon leaving AIG Mr. Drew held positions as an MGA with Capacity Managers International
and subsequently,Vice President of Fred S James Management Liability Unit.
Upon
leaving Fred S James he joined Reliance National for several years. Mr. Drew
joined ARC as a broker in 1993 where he has since developed a book of business
that spans the Professional Liability spectrum,with emphasis on D&O and
EPLI.

Terry
Hart, RPLU
Terry Hart has been working at ARC Excess & Surplus since it opened its
doors in 1986. Ms. Hart specializes in Non-Profit Directors & Officers Liability,
and also brokers Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Employment Practices
Liability, and Private Company Directors & Officers Liability.
Ms. Hart is a graduate of Queens College with a B.A. Degree in History and has
received the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation

Jeffery
J. Karcz, Jr., RPLU
Jeffrey Karcz has been with ARC Excess & Surplus since 1996, brokering Directors & Officers
Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Pension Trust Fiduciary Liability,
Employment Practices Liability, and related specialty coverages. Mr. Karcz specialty
at ARC has been in the Employment Practices arena where he has completed an
extensive comparison of many of the policy forms in this rapidly changing market.
Prior to joining ARC Excess & Surplus, Mr. Karcz was an underwriter at National
Union where he started in New York and was later transferred to Philadelphia.
At National Union, Mr. Karcz underwrote Miscellaneous Professional, Public Officials,
Third Party Administrator, Association Professional, Computer Professional,
and Patent Infringement Liability Insurance.
Mr. Karcz is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society where
he earned the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation in May
1999. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a
degree in Psychology.

Joseph
J. McCartan
Joseph McCartan began his insurance career in February of 1996 with the Middle
Market Unit of National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. as an
Underwriter in the Home Office. Mr. McCartan was responsible for the National
Venture Capital Association (NVCA) program specializing in the high-tech and
bio-tech classes of business. In May of 1997, Mr. McCartan was transferred to
the New York Region and was the designated Team Leader of the ARC book and was
promoted to Senior Underwriter in August of 1997.
In January 1999 Mr. McCartan started his broker career with ARC working directly
with Michael Cavallaro. His responsibilities include brokering all lines of
Professional and Management Liability.
Mr. McCartan graduated from St. John's University in December 1995 with a B.S.
in Finance and is currently pursuing the RPLU designation.

Orlando
Noelle Orlando has been employed for the last eleven years at ARC Excess & Surplus,
LLC. Ms. Orlando's focus is on all size accounts within the arenas of Directors & Officers
Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Non-Profit D&O, and Miscellaneous
Professional Liability.
Ms. Orlando has studied at The College of Insurance and is currently pursuing
her RPLU Designation.
Prior to joining ARC, Ms. Orlando worked in the Financial Services Departments
at both Gulf Insurance Group and American International Group.

Robin
Schmitt
Robin Schmitt brings more than twenty years of experience with him to ARC Excess
and Surplus, LLC. Mr. Schmitt started with AIG in 1982 underwriting D&O,
Professional Liability, and was responsible for overseeing the New York region
prior to departing. Mr. Schmitt later went on to manage Cigna Insurance companies
D&O/Professional Liability Department from 1988 -1991.
Mr. Schmitt managed Transatlantic Reinsurance Holding Co's Professional Liability
Facultative department on a Domestic and International basis from 1991 to 1994,
inclusive of Program and Treaty management. Mr. Schmitt went on to become Vice
President at Everest Reinsurance in 1994 managing the Professional Liability
product line for Treaty and Facultative business worldwide up until 2001 when
joined the ARC family.

Semeraro
John Semeraro is a director of ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC and has been with
the firm since January of 1992. Prior to joining ARC, Mr. Semeraro held various
managerial positions in both brokering and underwriting - the latest of which
was Senior Vice President with Marsh/FINPRO Division.
With over twenty-five years experience in the Directors' & Officers' and
Professional Liability Insurance arena, Mr. Semeraro brings a wealth of knowledge
and expertise to the table.
Mr. Semeraro was graduated from Hofstra University in 1976 with a Bachelor of
Business Administration. He has also attended Hofstra for various graduate-level
courses.

Craig
Thorsen
Craig Thorsen is a producer at ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC brokering management
and professional liability insurance products. Prior to joining ARC in 2002,
Mr. Thorsen's experience in the Directors and Officers Liability/Professional
Liability Insurance field was as a vice president at CNA for the past 8 years
specializing in financial institutional products. He was a senior underwriter
at AIG from 1991 to 1994 specializing in financial institutional management
liability products.
Mr. Thorsen graduated from Queens College with a major in accounting and later
earned his MBA degree at Fordham University in 1991.

Joseph
Vaccaro
Joseph Vaccaro brings to ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC an extensive amount of
underwriting experience in the Management Liability arena. As a Senior Vice
President with AIG's National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa.,
Mr. Vaccaro spent approximately seven years within the Financial Institutions
Group. There, he specialized in Directors & Officers Liability, Professional
Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability, and Fidelity for banks
and insurance companies. Prior to joining AIG, Joseph worked for Chubb & Son
in their Executive Protection Department underwriting similar management liability
coverages for commercial insureds. Mr. Vaccaro began his career with MassMutual
in their Group Life and Health division .
Mr. Vaccaro holds a BA in Government from Bowdoin College and received his MBA
in Marketing from Hofstra University.
