Scott
Farrell
Scott joins ARC Excess & Surplus of New England as Principal and Partner with over ten years experience in the management and professional liability field. He
spent the first four years with Chubb & Son as the Business Development Manager for their Wholesale Executive Protection division. He worked closely with the
principals and key producers of the top Wholesale brokerage operations in the Nation to develop and manage their business with Chubb. Scott contributed significantly
to Chubb’s rebirth in the Wholesale arena, as that division enjoyed double digit premium growth during his tenure.
Prior to Chubb, Scott spent over three years as a lobbyist with a prominent Connecticut firm. He represented various high profile public and private companies, many
in the health care field. He worked closely with numerous State Representatives to craft legislation for Connecticut’s businesses and citizens. He is very well
-regarded as a balanced and fair negotiator.
Scott is particularly focused on the coverage needs of both public and private companies. He places Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary
Liability and Errors & Omissions coverage. Scott has a strong background in technology related companies as well as companies in the health care industry.
Scott graduated Cum Laude from Kingswood-Oxford School in West Hartford, CT. He attended Boston College and earned a B.S. in Economics, with Honors. He was
a member of the Big East Scholar-Athlete team as a golfer, and was also recognized by the NCAA as an Academic All-American in the same year.
Scott currently is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s (PLUS) Hartford Chapter, and serves on the Alumni Council at Kingswood-Oxford.

Thomas
J. McGraw
Tom joins ARC Excess & Surplus of New England as a Principal and Partner after working as a Broker for a national brokerage house
that specializes in Management and Professional Liability insurance products and services. Tom has utilized his 17-plus years of
professional liability experience and in-depth product knowledge to craft insurance solutions in the face of revolutionary changes
in the health care industry. Tom’s expertise in health care markets and his ‘underwriter to underwriter’ philosophy provide clients with solutions that are custom-tailored to their specific needs.
Prior to his entrance into the brokerage arena, Tom was the East Coast Manager and Directors and Officers Product Manager for the
Health Care Division at Executive Risk Management Associates (now a member of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies) for over ten
years. He was instrumental in developing and building the Directors and Officers and Managed Care product lines including Managed Care
Errors and Omissions Insurance, Employment Practices Liability, and Excess Liability. After his tenure with Executive Risk/Chubb, Tom
joined Travelers Insurance Company to build a concentration in Directors and Officers Liability Insurance in all product lines including health
care. He was also responsible for managing Travelers’ partnership with G.J. Sullivan, the exclusive distributor of Directors and Officers including
Employment Practices products for Travelers Health Care Division (now St. Paul Travelers).
Tom specializes in Management and Professional Liability products in the health care field as well as private companies and publicly
traded companies. Lines of business include Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Managed Care Errors and
Omissions and Excess Liability for all Management and Professional Liability products, Medical Malpractice, Fiduciary, Fidelity (Crime)
and Kidnap and Ransom insurance. Tom’s focus is in health care for traditional and managed care clients where he utilizes his expertise
and experience to navigate the industry and bring niche expertise to his retail partners and their clients. Additionally, Tom specializes
in hard to place risks, complex risks, fronting/captive placements, and customized insurance solutions.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he majored in Economics and Business. He is an active member of PLUS
(Professional Liability Underwriting Society); PLUS National D&O Symposium; PLUS Medical Malpractice Symposium; and current Chairman of the
local PLUS Hartford Chapter. He has served the Hartford Chapter as past Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Golf and Social Chair. Tom is also a
member of ASHRMS (American Society for Healthcare Risk Management), as well as an active participant in numerous industry events and conferences.

Sandra
Pesino
Sandra joins our family at ARC Excess & Surplus of New England bringing 25+ years of professional experience. She has worked in many areas of the insurance industry, from Medical Claims Benefit Analyst, Underwriter, Management of Package Programs, to Broker. Through this experience she has developed a well rounded knowledge of insurance products and services.
Her long list of accomplishments includes Co-establishment of a National Retail Agency, managing carrier relationships, regulatory and internal compliance, and business and marketing strategies. Sandra has always demonstrated a strong commitment to client relationships and service. Time and again this has been proven by the numerous awards she has received.
At ARC Sandra focuses on the coverage needs of Health Care Organizations, placing Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Error & Omissions coverage.

Amanda J. Giannini
Amanda joins ARC Excess & Surplus of New England after working as a Broker for a national brokerage house that specializes in management and professional liability
insurance products and services. She is particularly focused on the coverage needs of private companies and non-profit organizations placing Directors & Officers Liability,
Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Errors & Omissions coverage.
Prior to working in the insurance industry, Amanda worked as an Educator and a Human Resources Manager for a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company. Her experience working
in Human Resources provides her with a good background and understanding of Employment Practices issues.
Amanda earned a B.S. in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University and a M.S. in Education from the University of Bridgeport.
Amanda is an active member in PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society) and local industry events and conferences.

Charles P. Bellingrath - "Chas Bellingrath"
Chas joined ARC Excess & Surplus of New England in July 2011 as the Product Leader for Privacy, Network Security, Technology and Media Liability. In his role Chas is responsible for advising agents and clients on issues related to technology, privacy and cyber related risks as well as negotiating with carriers on policy terms and conditions. In addition, Chas is responsible for product development and production throughout the United States. Prior to joining ARC, Chas was a Senior Broker and head of the Cyber/Tech division at a regional wholesaler where he initially launched the product.
Chas specializes in placing Cyber, Security & Privacy policies including technology errors & omissions, internet liability, media liability, and miscellaneous professional liability. Chas frequently instructs Privacy Seminars and participates on executive panels for National Cyber Risk conferences. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and is currently pursuing an RPLU designation.
Chas graduated from Kingswood-Oxford School in West Hartford, CT and then attended Assumption College where he earned a degree in Marketing & Economics.
