Professional Risk Facilities & Vault Announce Underwriting Partnership

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

[JERICHO, NY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022] – Professional Risk Facilities (“PRF”) and Vault Commercial (“Vault”) today announced a partnership (the “Program”) whereby PRF, acting as a managing general agent (“MGA”), will be underwriting management and professional liability insurance coverages on behalf of Vault E&S Insurance Company for directors & officers liability (D&O), employment practices liability (EPLI), fiduciary liability and errors & omissions (E&O) risks. The Program is designed for companies with annual revenues up to $500MM for management liability coverage and revenues up to $50MM for a wide variety of E&O risks. The Program will offer primary limits up to $2MM and excess limits up to $5MM.

Welcome to Our Newest Broker, Elana Snyder

We’re happy to announce that Elana Snyder recently joined ARC Excess & Surplus as a broker on Maria Treglia’s team after 14 years of underwriting Professional Liability Insurance. Before Elana found her way to ARC, she was SVP of Miscellaneous Professional Liability at Ambridge Partners Inc (and Brit Global Specialty USA prior to the merger). Her responsibilities included product and strategy development, underwriter management, and relationship management of their MPL Professional Liability portfolio.

Maria Treglia Recognized by IBA NY During Women’s History Month

Ukrainian Relief Donations

The Town of Oyster Bay is holding a Humanitarian Relief Drive to help those suffering and displaced in Ukraine. The drive is being held from Monday, March 7th through Friday, March 25th. Collection bins are located at Town Hall South, Town Hall North, and at the Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Center located at Bethpage Community Park.

ARC employees have already made two trips of donations (one last week and one this week) in support of Ukrainian relief efforts. Among the desperately needed items that were donated were diapers and wet wipes, masks, bandages, and personal hygiene products.

A Generous Donation to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
