ARC Personal Lines is located within the ARC headquarters in Jericho, NY and can provide services globally.

Theana Iordanou began her career at National Union as a public company D&O underwriter working closely with ARC in its earlier years. Through the course of her career she has held underwriting management and marketing positions at both AIG and Allied World. At AIG, Theana managed Business Development for all lines of business, including a close association with AIG’s Private Client Group in the New York Region. In 2012, she successfully launched an M&A Reps and Warranties Division, and in 2013, she launched a Sales and Marketing training program for Allied World. Theana joins ARC from her most recent position as New York Regional Vice President of Allied World.
Theana is an insurance professional with over 30 years in the business. She has long term established relationships with carriers and clients. She is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She holds a BA in Economics and graduate level designation in Psychology and Counseling from CW Post. Theana holds broker licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Accident & Health.
Dan joined the ARC Personal Lines team in July of 2018 after spending a year working for Kings Point Ventures, LLC. Prior to entering the workforce, he attended Chaminade High School and earned his B.B.A in Finance at the College Of William & Mary, graduating with honors in 2017. After a few months of learning about the insurance industry on the job, Dan acquired his Property and Casualty Brokers License from Pohs Institute in April of 2019.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing golf, going to the movies, and spending time down at the beach in the summer. He is also an avid sports fan, eagerly awaiting a Mets, Jets, or Islanders championship.
