Justine is the VP of Business Development for Retail Distribution at ARC, bringing over 15 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has held key roles with organizations including Elpha Secure, AIG, Safe Drive Systems (insuretech) and Hugh Wood Inc. She began her career in marketing before transitioning into business development, focusing her expertise solely within the insurance distribution channel.
Justine’s main focus is assisting sales teams in building strong sales pipelines, expanding new and existing retail relationships and delivering value-added services to increase overall broker engagement and strengthening our relationships with our distribution partners. She is dedicated to driving growth through collaboration, strategic insight and lasting partnerships.
