Sherri McKelvey

Sherri recently joined ARC as Vice President, Senior Coverage and Claim Counsel. In addition to assisting ARC Brokers in the drafting of manuscripted policy amendments, she is part of the Claim Advocacy Group working with clients to obtain favorable resolutions of complex claim issues. Sherri brings more than 20 years of claim handling experience in financial lines, specializing in Directors & Officers, Employment Liability, Professional Liability, and Fiduciary claims. Prior to joining ARC, she worked as a claim professional for Chubb and AIG, and as a Vice President, Claim Technical Officer for CNA.

Sherri graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics and received her juris doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law (with High Honors). She also holds a Masters in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and holds a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation.
