Karen Unalp

Karen has been an integral part of ARC since 1997 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Compliance Officer and HR Director. With more than two decades of experience in both the insurance and human resources sectors, she is uniquely positioned to support ARC in maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Karen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Briarcliffe College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Hofstra University in 2005. She is also an active participant in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), regularly attending events to stay informed on the latest HR trends and best practices.
