Shiraz Saeed is Senior Vice President – Product Leader – Cyber & Technology Risk for ARC Excess & Surplus. Shiraz is responsible for product development and for providing strategic guidance on risk assessment, market selection, policy wordings and claims advocacy as a part of the value-added capabilities offered by ARC to their brokers and clients. Shiraz joined ARC in 2024 with 15 years’ experience in the Cyber & Technology Risk industry.

Prior to joining ARC, he obtained a B.A in Finance from Hofstra University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. He started his journey in the risk management industry as an underwriter within the professional liability division of American International Group (AIG) and quickly progressed to be part of the Cyber Risk product team responsible for underwriting, marketing, distribution and vendor management, for the east coast territory. After a successful run at one global carrier, Shiraz was brought in to be the National Practice Leader for Cyber Risk at Starr Global Insurance, where he oversaw the strategic direction for the underwriting, product development, vendor management and distribution of their Cyber Risk products and services. Most recently, Shiraz was with Arch Insurance Group, as their Vice President – Product Leader – Cyber & Technology Risk. At Arch, he was responsible for the strategic direction for the underwriting, product development, distribution, digital partnerships, vendor management and risk engineering team.

With his extensive experience and knowledge base, Shiraz has developed a successful track record as someone who can assist stakeholders both internally and externally, better understand the complexity of Cyber & Technology Risk and develop strategies to effectively manage it.
